The
past twelve months have surely flown by here at the Cud,
but it has been a happy, busy, and rewarding year for
us.
This
being our first birthday issue, we thought we might offer
you a second viewing of a few of the best –and varied-
essays and articles we had on offer so far.
Some
were chosen by you, the reader, some stirred controversy
and attracted an audience well beyond what we could have
ever expected, and others were just downright odd…
But
we believe all fulfilled our original goal set forth in
November of 2004: That we might ‘Entertain a
new perspective: Chew the Cud.’
This
